Holiday Cottage near Harrogate, North Yorkshire

The Old Hayloft, Holiday Cottage, North Yorkshire

The Old Hayloft is a holiday let with two en-suite bedrooms comfortably accommodating four people. It is part of Raventofts Hall, a Grade II listed residence of notable historic significance in the Yorkshire Dales and was the residence of the Archbishop of York’s Forester.

Situated on the margins of glorious Nidderdale, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in magnificent walking country and of interest to wildlife enthusiasts, it is conveniently placed to explore the rich diversity of the countryside in all its splendour and to visit the many places of interest nearby.

The Old Hayloft is situated closely to the delightful spa town of Harrogate, the historic city of York (and its minster) and is a stone’s throw away from Fountains Abbey. It is also within an easy drive of Whitby, Staithes, Scarborough, Herriot Country, Castle Howard, Helmsley Castle, Rievaulx Abbey, Byland Abbey and Mount Grace Priory.

The Old Hayloft comes fully equipped with a flat-screen television, DVD player and log burning fire.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, by prior arrangement, but must be kept on leash due to the close proximity of a farm. We regret it is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

If you are considering making a booking, please note, due to the age of the property, there are steps to the varying levels.
